Bio
Kent is interested in real estate, art, architecture, traveling, and tennis. He especially enjoys his annual visits to Japan and learning about the French impressionists. He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and son.
Kent is a licensed California real estate broker, a licensed Texas real estate salesperson, and holds the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Work
Kent currently works at a commercial real estate and finance firm. Kent leads a department with multiple responsibilities related to strategic planning, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, business training, collateral management, audit coordination, and facilities management.
Prior to joining his current firm in 2005, Kent was with ORIX Capital Markets, LLC and held positions in asset management, process automation, and operations.
Education
In 2002, Kent received a Master of Science in Land Development and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.
In 2001, Kent received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Baylor University where he participated in the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core, an honors program.
